2018 Graduation Plans Announced
Graduation for the Class of 2018 will be held on Friday, May 25, at 7 p.m.

With the addition of the new synthetic turf athletic field, we are planning to hold graduation exercises in Cruiser Stadium. Having graduation “at home” was a time-honored tradition for many years at Groveport Madison High School. We are very pleased to rekindle that tradition as we prepare to open the new high school.

To assist in answering questions regarding the graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2018, we have developed the following list of Frequently-Asked Questions. We hope this information helps to address any questions or concerns students and/or their families may have regarding this year’s graduation plans.

Urgent and Important Information for Parents and Students of the Class of 2018
To Parents and students of the class of 2018:
For students in the class of 2018 ONLY, Ohio has established alternate options for those students who are at-risk of not earning the 18 required end-of-course exam points. These options are only for students in the class of 2018. Curriculum requirements and the minimum 20 credits are not affected or changed in any way by these options.

Important Reminder Regarding Payments to the District
We want to make sure that when you send a check to the District that we can process that check properly. Please ensure that all checks and money orders are payable to Groveport Madison Schools and not to the individual school buildings.

You may include the student’s name or student ID in the memo line, but the payable section of the check or money order MUST be made out to Groveport Madison Schools.
