Based on the changing demographics, we will develop a staff that reflects the diversity of our Groveport Madison community and student body. We will create trusting relationships with all students and their families and establish our school district as a leader in equitable community engagement. We will cultivate and support culturally competent, transformational leaders who exhibit cultural awareness, attitudes, knowledge, and skills. These leaders will create a learning environment that encourages and motivates all students and staff to achieve their highest performance levels.
