We will develop a staff that reflects the diversity of our Groveport Madison community and student body based on the changing demographics. We will create trusting relationships with all students and their families and establish our school district as a leader in equitable community engagement. We will cultivate and support culturally competent, transformational leaders who exhibit cultural awareness, attitudes, knowledge, and skills. These leaders will create a culture of learning environment that encourages and motivates all students and staff to achieve their highest levels of performance.
