District Implements Response to Intervention Reading Program
Response to Intervention (RTI) is a district-wide initiative that will be introduced at the start of the 2015-2016 school year. A core planning team, comprised of teachers and administrators, worked together last year to craft Groveport Madison’s RTI plan. The team focused their efforts on reviewing students’ academic needs based on test results and resource gaps. The results of this research were used as the basis for the development of an RTI plan that will be implemented in all six elementary buildings beginning in the fall.
