Kindergarten Enrollment

Enrolling for the 2024-25 School Year Begins on May 1

Enrolling your child in kindergarten is an exciting and sometimes anxious step for parents. We want to make enrolling your kindergartener in Groveport Madison Schools as simple and easy as possible for you. More importantly, we want you to know that choosing to begin your child's education in our school district is an excellent decision. Please know we will do everything possible to ensure that your child gets a great start to their education and see that they have a great experience in which new friends and adventures will be made!

Kindergarten Eligibility

The parent/guardian must be a resident of Groveport Madison Schools (proof of residency is required at the time of registration).
The child must be five years old by August 1, the year they start kindergarten.

Enroll with SpeedyStart!

We've made enrolling students as easy as 1, 2, 3, using SpeedyStart, our online enrollment system.

Start your online enrollment process by clicking the SpeedyStart logo to the right. Complete and sign all forms and upload your required documents.
After completing and signing all forms, an enrollment specialist will review your application and uploaded documents. If forms are complete and documents are uploaded as required, we will process your application in the order received. Failure to complete and upload documents as required will delay the application process and prompt an email with time-sensitive, next step instructions as to what is needed to complete your process.
Once the application process is complete, we will send you a confirmation email that includes the school your child will attend, transportation-related information, and other details to help your child to have a great start in Groveport Madison Schools.
