Goal #1: Improve School Safety
- Objective - Reduce incidents of violence by 10% or more
Goal #2: Improve Academic Performance
- Objective - Increase the District's College, Career Workforce, and Military Readiness Component from 18.4% to 32% (a 74% increase), with a "stretch goal" of increasing the component from 18.4% to 40% (a 118% increase).
Goal #3: Secure the District's Financial Future
- Objective - Pass the operating levy and implement spending reductions.
Goal #4: Establish a Comprehensive Communications Plan
- Objective - Establish a plan for clear and consistent communication with our students, staff, parents, and community by multiple media methods.
