Groveport Madison Local School District welcomes vendors who will partner with us to offer high-quality products and services to the school district at a reasonable and fair cost.

Solicitations
Please check the Requests for Proposals, Qualifications, and Information, as well as the Electronic Bids that are posted in the right column of this webpage. Vendor registration is not required to respond to a solicitation, however, if selected, vendor registration is required prior to the award of a contract.

Becoming a Vendor

To become a vendor, please check with the school you'll be working with and ask the secretary to send you a W-9 form. You can also contact our accounts payable to Groveport Madison Schools, please complete a W-9 form and email it to [email protected]. For questions, call 614-492-2520, and ask for the Accounts Payable Office.
