The Groveport Madison Local School District welcomes vendors who will partner with us to offer high-quality products and services to the school district at a reasonable and fair cost.

Solicitations
Please check the Requests for Proposals, Qualifications, and Information, as well as the Electronic Bids posted in this webpage's right column. Vendor registration is not required to respond to a solicitation. However, if selected, vendor registration is required before the award of a contract.

Becoming a Vendor

To become a vendor, please check with the school you'll be working with and ask the secretary to send you a W-9 form. You may also contact our Accounts Payable Office in the Treasurer's Department for a form. Please complete the W-9 form and email it to [email protected]. For questions, call 614-492-2520 and ask for the Accounts Payable Office.
