As we prepare for the upcoming school year, Groveport Madison Schools would like to share two important reminders for families regarding Intra-District Transfer Requests and Residency Affidavits (RA).
Intra-District Transfer Requests Now Open
Intra-District Transfer applications for the 2025–2026 school year are now open. Families wishing to request a transfer to a different school within the district should
complete the application form here.
Important Dates:
- Application Deadline: Friday, May 16 (end of business day)
- Transfer Decisions Announced: After August 1
Please note: No transfer decisions will be made before August 1 due to increased district enrollment.
Residency Affidavit (RA) Updates Required
If your student is enrolled under a Residency Affidavit, you must update this documentation each school year. The deadline for submission this year is Monday, June 30. To avoid any disruption in your child’s enrollment for the 2025–2026 school year, please upload the following documents to your FinalForms account:
- Updated Residency Affidavit Part 1 and Part 2 (both must be notarized)
- Current lease or mortgage document
- Recent utility bill
- A recent piece of mail in the parent/guardian’s name
