Transportation

Safely transporting our students to and from school each day is a top priority for Groveport Madison Schools and our contracted transportation services provider, Community Bus Services, Inc.

Under Board of Education policies, the school district provides bus service to students living one mile or more from their assigned school. Exceptions to these limits may be made in the case of a temporarily- or permanently-disabled child who has been certified by a physician (and is required by the student’s IEP), and in the case of adverse safety conditions. The District, working with our transportation services provider, assigns centrally located regional bus stops to provide the most convenient access to the greatest number of students on each bus route.
