nationwide Children's School-based health center
Groveport Madison Schools partners with Nationwide Children’s Hospital to provide students with the same health care they would receive at a doctor’s office – at school! The Nationwide Children’s school-based health center, located inside the District Service Center, is open to all Groveport Madison Schools students and community members, ages 0-21.

- Primary Care - Open 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Dental care is also available on select days.

To get to the school-based health center, start at the main entrance of the high school parking lot (4475 S. Hamilton Rd.) and follow the directional signage until you reach the Nationwide Children’s parking lot.
Services
Services are available to all Groveport Madison Schools students and community members, ages 0+.
These services are not meant to replace your child’s existing pediatrician or family doctor.
