Enrollment

Note: If you need a FinalForms Parent Account for Special Education, create parent account here.

1. Start your online enrollment process by clicking the SpeedyStart logo to the right or by visiting the form link.

2. Locate the Parent icon and click New Account

3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Email Address.
4. Select "I'm not a robot," and click Register.
5. Check your email for an Account Confirmation Email from FinalForms. Follow the instructions, click the link to confirm your account, and create a password.
6. FinalForms will open to your account. Click Add Student in the top right corner to begin completing the forms.
7. Click on each section to complete the necessary forms in RED. Once ALL forms are completed, the titles will appear in GREEN. (NOTE:  Your student's application is not complete until all required documents have been uploaded and approved, pending review.)  

1. Click the SpeedyStart logo above or visit the form link.
2. Login into the existing account with your email address and password. (If you don't remember your password, clik the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions.)
3. Click Add Student in the top right corner to complete the necessary forms.
4. Click on each section to complete the necessary forms in RED. Once ALL forms are completed, the titles will appear in GREEN. (NOTE:  Your student's application is not complete until all required documents have been uploaded and approved, pending review.)

ATTENTION: Middle and High school parents only:  Completed forms appear in GREEN and YELLOW. Yellow indicates 6th-12th graders need to sign their part of the forms once enrollment is completed and the student is at school and receives their assigned Chromebook computer.

1. All Required Documents must be uploaded to the file folder in your FinalForms account.

2. Sign in to your FinalForms account by clicking the SpeedyStart icon above or visiting the form link. 

3. Click on the file folder icon to the right of the student's name. (If you're submitting documents through a cell phone, you will need to slide the screen to the left to view the file folder icon.) 

4. Select the "Document Type: from the drop-down menu, then click the Upload Document button.
5. Next, choose how you'd like to upload the document.
           Options include:
                    A.  Taking a photo using your camera
                    B.  Select photos already on your device
                    C.  Upload a file you have saved on your device

Note:  Uploaded documents will be on the report the following business day. You will receive an email if any further documents are needed.

When ALL forms are complete and ALL Required Documents are uploaded and approved by the enrollment team, the application is complete on your end.

You will receive a Confirmation of Enrollment email from FinalForms with the name of the the school your student will attend along with their I.D. number. You must contact the school directly for the start date.

All FinalForms requirements must be completed before your child is permitted to start school.
