Coronavirus (COVID19) Information
With the outbreak of the Coronavirus, it's evident that our nation and the world are faced with a very challenging and unique situation. Without a doubt, there are many uncertainties concerning what will happen in the days and weeks ahead. Nevertheless, we are committed to keeping you as informed as we possibly can regarding the District’s response and our decisions related to this situation. Please know that our first and foremost concern is the safety of our students and staff. All decisions regarding this issue are being evaluated against this premise.

The District remains in very close contact with Franklin County Public Health officials, and we have immediate access to their infectious disease staff to answer any of our questions.

We cannot emphasize enough that if your child is exhibiting symptoms, including a headache, fever, cough, or shortness of breath, he/she needs must remain at home. Please call the school to report your child’s absence – and immediately contact your healthcare provider. In addition, please report to us any situation in which your child or anyone in your immediate family has had recent contact with an individual that has been confirmed as having the Coronavirus disease or is exhibiting the above-mentioned symptoms.
