National School Psychology Week Celebrates our School Psychologists

The week of November 11-15, 2024, is National School Psychology Week (NSPW). This week is a way to celebrate school psychologists and the vital role they play in nurturing the emotional and mental health of our children, helping them to thrive in school and at home.

We cannot overstate the importance of mental health in education. NSPW's purpose is to raise awareness about mental health issues among students, parents, as well as educators. This year's theme, "Spark Discovery," recognizes school psychologists' work to help their schools seek creative ideas, effect change, and expand horizons for children and youth.

The school psychologist's role has always been crucial, and NSPW is just one way to recognize that this position is more challenging and necessary than ever.

To our school psychologists: Thank you for supporting our students! #SchoolPsychWeek
