MADISON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

END OF THE YEAR SCHEDULE 

May 22nd - Last day for online learning 

May 26-28 Pick up/Drop off week 

All exchanges will take place on the sidewalk in front of the gymnasium (car rider pick up location) and in the bus loop. Please bring Chromebook, charger, and any other school property. Students' personal items from their classroom will be bagged and given to the family at this time. If a child has medicine at school, it will be distributed on May 27th. Parent/Guardian must be present to sign for the medicine. We will exchange items through the car window. All people must arrive in a car and must stay in the car at all times. Staff members will follow social distancing guidelines and will be wearing masks. 

Pick up/Drop off Dates and Times 

Families with multiple children may choose one of their assigned days to drop off/pick up. Tuesday, May 26 - KG and 4th grade students from 12:00-7:00 

Wednesday, May 27 - 1st and 3rd grade students from 12:00-7:00 or anyone who has medicine to pick up 

Thursday, May 28 - 2nd and 5th grade students from 12:00-7:00 

5th Grade Honk Out Monday, June 1 @ 4:00 

5th grade students and family members may line up in the parking lot beginning at 3:50 The car parade will begin at 4:00 Students and family may drive through the parking lot and the loop and be "honked out" All people must arrive in a car and must stay in the car (no walk ups will be permitted) Staff will follow all social distancing guidelines as we wave to the students 

Kindergarten Welcome Tuesday, June 2 @ 5:30-6:30 

In the front bus loop Incoming kindergarten students will receive a welcome gift Kindergarten teachers will be there to wave hello and welcome students Everyone must stay in the car Social distancing guidelines will be followed Kindergarten registration is online at www.gocruisers.org
