BOE Educational Trust

The Groveport Madison Schools Board of Education founded the Educational Trust in 2023 to help our students in various ways.

Mission Statement
We will cultivate an environment that alleviates barriers to ensure each student's success from Pre-K through graduation by creating avenues for the community to contribute to the success of every Groveport Madison School District student.

Vision Statement
We will build strong relationships with the community and the various municipalities that align with our District, using the Ohio Department of Education's Whole Child framework to provide support, resources, and programming in and beyond the classroom.

Purpose Statement
We will create avenues for the community to contribute to the success of every Groveport Madison School District student every day.

Fundraising Goals

Goal I - Performing Arts & Athletics
We aim to support our performing arts and athletics programs. These vital aspects of our school community provide students with opportunities for personal growth, teamwork, creativity, and self-expression. Your contribution will help us cover equipment, rights to theater productions, costumes, instruments, competition fees, and other essential expenses. We can ensure that all students can access enriching experiences that foster their talents and passion for the arts and athletics. Let's empower our students to shine, both on the stage and on the field, creating a vibrant and inclusive school culture.

Goal II - Community Programming
Our objective is to support special field trips for students across all grades. These educational outings provide unique learning opportunities outside the classroom, fostering curiosity, exploration, and cultural appreciation. Your generous donation will enable us to cover transportation costs, admission fees, and other expenses associated with these enriching experiences. We can ensure that every student has access to memorable and educational field trips that broaden their horizons and inspire a lifelong love for learning, shaping their academic journey and expanding their worldview.
