Give Us Your Opinion: GMLSD Online Survey Now Open
We want your input! The District has launched a survey to obtain input from community residents and business owners on a variety of topics. The survey results will offer insights on several issues including school climate/culture, as well as potential grade-level configurations and the types of support services the District should consider when it is able to renovate or replacing existing elementary and/or middle schools. As the Groveport Madison Schools makes plans for the future, one of our primary concerns is how to address severely overcrowded and outdated elementary and middle schools. This past fall, the District contracted with Hanover Research, a nationally recognized research firm, to conduct a study to determine what education will look like in the future and what information the District needs to consider before renovating or replacing any schools. Hanover worked with the Board and the administration to develop the survey; the company will gather all of the feedback and draft a report to present to the Board in March.
