High School Teacher Becomes New MSN School Improvement Coordinator
Brooke IncorvaiaAfter more than a decade of teaching English at Groveport Madison Schools, Brooke Incorvaia decided to put her master’s in educational administration to work by becoming a school improvement coordinator at Middle School North.

Incorvaia, who joined the District in 2005, most recently taught at the high school. She pursued the school improvement coordinator role because she liked the idea of helping students by supporting their teachers. “This job allows me to help staff and students interact,” she said. “I can offer teachers innovative methods to help improve their lessons.”

Since joining the MSN team for the start of the 2017-2018 school year, she has launched “Celebrate GM North Champions,” a program that recognizes students for success in school. The “Champions” are recognized during Monday morning announcements. “The students have really responded to it,” she said. “It’s great way to start the week.”

Incorvaia earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University in 2003 and received her master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2011. She lives in Canal Winchester with her daughter.
