2017 Back-to-School Immunization Clinics Available
Franklin County Public Health is offering Immunization Clinics at 10 different locations every month. Appointments are required and slots are filling up quickly. Beginning Aug. 5, additional evening and weekend clinics also will be offered.

Most major insurances are accepted. A sliding fee scale is available for those with no insurance. Free parking is available for immunization services.
You must take the following to the appointment:
- Parent/Guardian photo ID
- Child’s shot record
- Insurance card
