Join us on Saturday, May 19, from 2-4 PM, when the school district will hold a Closing Ceremony for the current Groveport Madison High School building. With the new high school slated to open in the fall of 2018, the current high school building will be razed this summer.
There will be a brief ceremony beginning at 2 p.m. in the high school’s gymnasium. Immediately following, we invite guests to walk through the building one last time while they reminisce with their friends, former classmates, and school staff. Be sure to stop by the cafeteria to check out the contents of the time capsule that will be placed in cornerstone of the new building. We will also have an electronic slide show featuring the new high school building.
