Description:
"Operation Street Smart" will provide participants with up-to-date information on narcotics, the trends, terminology, paraphernalia, and concealment techniques, as well as the physiological effects to individuals and families impacted by opiate addiction. The program is delivered by current/former undercover narcotics detectives from the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.
