Eli, a first grade student from Mrs. Myers class was selected as Artist of the week.  All first graders have been reviewing the art element line and  learning about sculptures and how we can create a sculpture using a flat piece of paper.  We started by painting the base of our jungle sculpture.  Then we learned how to fold, roll and bend our paper to create the rest of our jungle.  Lastly, we drew a tiger and added them to this fun habitat.  Eli did a great job showing zigzag lines and spirals in his paper sculpture.  Fantastic job Eli!
