Language Arts 8
Welcome to Mrs. Slosar's 8th grade LA class homepage.  Here you will find information regarding school news, assignments, projects, and upcoming events!

Our class is utilizing an amazing reading intervention program called Read 180 this year.  This program provides systematic instruction in reading comprehension, spelling, grammar, fluency, and phonics.  Your child participates in a reading/English block (90 minutes daily).  Please help your child improve his reading comprehension and fluency by READING with him nightly.  Ask your child questions about the books that he is reading.  SIGN HIS READING LOG!

Thank you for your continued support.
