When enrolling, please bring the following:
- The completed Registration Packet (available in "Downloads and Links"
A copy of driver's license or state ID
- A copy of lease or mortgage
- Any 2 of the following:
- tax bill
- 2 current utility bills
- Insurance statement
- bank statement
- Closing purchase form
- Original birth certificate
- Current immunization record from doctor
- Social security card
- Grade transcript (if applicable)
- Court documents (if applicable)
- MFE's (if applicable)
- IEP's (if applicable)
Kindergarten Enrollment and Eligibility:
Children must be five (5) years of age by August 1, 2010 to register for next year. Parents may enroll their child for Kindergarten beginning in March for the following year. Call 614.492.2520 for the elementary building in your attendance area.
